Our mission at Gingle Kids Early Learning Centre is to frame an Early Learning Centre which will provide professional, safe and conducive learning for each child, by which the children will build their self-esteem and problem solving skills, while fostering respect for themselves and others in a nurturing and play-based environment.
We will develop an Early Learning Centre which will provide a healthy, and stimulating learning environment where whole-child development will be focused and our loving and caring staff members will help the children reach their maximum potential.
Our overall business goal is to build a highly competitive Early Learning centre and to become the leading ELC brand in the education industry in UAE
Aims and Objectives
At Gingle Kids Early Learning Centre, we aim to provide a warm, loving and stimulating environment to each child in our Early Learning Centre which will promote all areas of child’s development, as we recognise that every child is unique and therefore we fully embrace and support ‘Every Child Matters’ in EYFS framework. We also believe that every child deserves the best possible start in his/her life to support and fulfil their potential as a child’s experiences in the Early Years have a major impact on their future life chances.
To provide inclusive education to all the children tailored to their individual needs, both through ability and interest and to encourage children to have choice with differentiated activities matched to their identified next steps of learning, both using indoor and outdoor opportunities.
To provide a broad and balanced curriculum for the children, this will be differentiated to suit their abilities, interests and personality. Our emphasis will be on fun, enjoyment and challenges while planning lessons and activities for the children to encourage them in adopting a positive attitude towards learning which will provide a strong foundation for their future education.
To hire experienced, qualified and professional staff and to provide them with continuous supervision, support, professional training and resources to promote a culture of professional inquiry and to develop sound pedagogical practices.
To promote equal opportunities through our policies and to reflect this philosophy through practice and delivery of care in our early years setting.
To develop Partnership with Parents to support and enhance the development of their children and reflecting co-operation by involving parents in children’s care and sharing information and concerns.
